We live in a time when equality should be a given, but is something women must still fight for daily with regard to public health policy, the gender and racial pay gaps, sexual harassment and discrimination, constitutional equality, and so much more.  As a writer whose focus is on women’s rights, in addition to being former Vice President of Missouri NOW (National Organization for Women) and former President of The Kansas City Chapter of the National Organization for Women, Amanda’s experience in advocating for women, including menstrual equity, allows her to bring a real-world perspective to the efforts taking place in today’s feminist movement, as well as strategies you can use to forward the cause.  With experience presenting at colleges, to women’s and progressive groups, and political organizations, she welcomes the opportunity to speak to organizations, small and large, in Kansas City and beyond, about issues that impact women.  Should you wish to have Amanda speak to your group or at your event, please email Amanda.Buchholz@outlook.com.
